1. Service
Gauntlet provides AI-powered website testing. You submit a URL, and our AI agents crawl and test it for bugs, UX issues, and vulnerabilities.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate account info. You're responsible for your account security.
3. Acceptable Use
Only submit sites you own or are authorized to test. Don't use the Service to disrupt third-party services, reverse-engineer it, or violate any laws.
4. Payment
$10 per run, charged at time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, Merchant of Record.
5. IP
The Service is owned by Moai Labs LLC. Test results generated for your site are yours to use.
6. Warranties
Provided as is. We don't guarantee our testing catches every bug or vulnerability.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the run in question.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the Service anytime.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
