No Refunds For Completed Runs

Each Gauntlet test run consumes AI computing resources the moment you click Run. Once a run starts, our AI agents begin crawling your website using third-party AI services. These costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed. Your payment goes directly toward the AI tools doing the work you requested.

We Will Refund If

  • Technical failure - the run failed to start or produce results due to our error; we will issue a full refund or credit
  • Duplicate charge - you were charged twice for the same run; the duplicate charge will be refunded
